Advertisers Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure their information is accurate and within the terms of any current and relevant legislation.
No responsibility will be accepted by the Visit Online Project for any misinterpretation or inaccuracy; it is the advertisers responsibility to check the copy prior to and at the time of publication. All copy to be provided by the advertiser, text in Word format, images as JPEG. Chichester Holidays accepts no responsibility for errors or ommisions.
Advertisements must be paid for in advance and within 14 days from Visit Online Project invoice date. Accepted payment methods are Cash, Visa Debit, BACS transfer; we also accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards (3% surcharge applied). In the event of any invoice remaining unpaid after the 14 day period, the advert will be removed from the website and action taken to recover any monies owed to the Visit Online Project.
The Visit Online Project reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement without giving reason.
No responsibility, compensation or refund will be given for any technical website downtime however caused.
In the event the website is closed down for whatever reason, no refund will be given for any pre-paid advertising.
To protect the websites reputation the Visit Online Project has a quality assurance policy. In the event of the Visit Online Project receiving repeated customer complaints, or the advertised business receiving repeated negative reviews, the relevant advert will be removed from the website without giving reason and without refund of any outstanding paid advertising time.
Any unannounced visitor ‘experience’ editorial undertaken by the Visit Online Project will be at the Visit Online Project's own expense. The ‘experience’ visitor will always make themselves known at the end of their visit, and give feedback to the establishment concerned. This marketing opportunity is only open to existing advertisers and by written request to the Visit Online Project.
You can be included in the Visit Online Project if you are an attraction or other visitor destination; an accommodation provider, retailer, restaurant, pub, takeaway, café or other food and/or drink outlet.
